Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Yuram ("we") handles when you use Yuram in ChatGPT, visit goyuram.com, or contact us.
1. Summary
- There is no account or login. You do not need to give us your name, email address, or other contact details to use Yuram. If you email us for support, see section 7.
- We do not sell information, show ads, use cookies, or use analytics tools.
- Our server briefly keeps lookup data in memory and keeps operational logs, which may include the search terms you ask about. Both are deleted automatically.
2. Information we receive
When ChatGPT uses Yuram to answer your question, it sends us the values needed for the lookup, such as a place name or keyword, a region, a category, a language, and the number of results.
Your conversation with ChatGPT is handled by OpenAI under OpenAI's own privacy policy. We only receive the requests that ChatGPT sends to Yuram. We do not record ChatGPT account identifiers.
3. Temporary memory
To answer repeated lookups faster and stay within data usage limits, our server keeps each lookup request, including your search term, and the tourism information returned for it in memory for up to 24 hours. It is removed when it expires, when memory space runs low, or when the server restarts. It is not saved to disk.
4. What our server logs
- The time of each request, the feature used, the processing time, the number of results, and the language codes.
- The requests we send to the Korea Tourism Organization OpenAPI, including your search term and other lookup values. Our API key is masked.
- Error details when something fails, such as the error type, the error message, and where in the program it occurred.
Our web server does not keep access logs, and the app does not record IP addresses or request headers. We do not record the full content of your conversation.
5. How long we keep logs
Normally, a new log file starts each day, or earlier if a file reaches 10 MB. Only the 15 most recent log files are kept, and older files are deleted automatically.
If the log file cannot be written, logs are sent to the server's container output instead. There, at most three files of 10 MB are kept, and the oldest is replaced first.
6. Why we use this information
We use it to answer your requests, find and fix errors, and manage request volume and external API usage limits. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.
7. Support emails
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments. We use them only to reply to you and resolve your inquiry. Support emails are stored in our Gmail account, which is provided by Google. We delete them within 90 days after your inquiry is resolved.
8. Where information goes
- Korea Tourism Organization OpenAPI (apis.data.go.kr): your search terms and other lookup values, such as region, category, language, and date ranges or region codes calculated by our server, are sent to look up tourism information.
- Photo and audio servers: photos (tong.visitkorea.or.kr) and audio (sfj608538-sfj608538.ktcdn.co.kr) shown in Yuram load directly from those servers. As with any website, those servers receive your device's IP address and browser information when the content loads.
- Hosting: our server runs on NAVER Cloud.
- Email: support emails are kept in Gmail, provided by Google.
We do not share information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
9. Your requests
Because our logs are not linked to your identity, we usually cannot find records about a specific person. You can still contact us with questions or deletion requests, and we will respond. Logs and temporary memory are also deleted automatically as described above.

개인정보 처리방침
이 방침은 ChatGPT에서 유람을 이용하거나, goyuram.com을 방문하거나, 유람에 문의할 때 유람이 어떤 정보를 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 요약
- 회원가입과 로그인이 없습니다. 유람을 이용하기 위해 이름, 이메일 주소 등 연락처를 알려 주실 필요가 없습니다. 이메일로 지원을 요청하시는 경우는 7번을 참고해 주세요.
- 정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고·쿠키·분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
- 서버는 조회 자료를 메모리에 잠시 보관하고 운영 기록(로그)을 남기며, 여기에는 질문한 검색어가 포함될 수 있습니다. 둘 다 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
2. 받는 정보
ChatGPT가 질문에 답하기 위해 유람을 부르면, 조회에 필요한 값(장소 이름이나 검색어, 지역, 종류, 언어, 결과 개수 등)을 유람에 보냅니다.
ChatGPT와의 대화 자체는 OpenAI가 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리합니다. 유람은 ChatGPT가 유람에 보내는 요청만 받으며, ChatGPT 계정 식별값은 기록하지 않습니다.
3. 임시 메모리 보관
같은 조회에 더 빨리 답하고 데이터 이용 한도를 지키기 위해, 서버는 조회 요청(검색어 포함)과 그에 대해 받은 관광정보를 메모리에 최대 24시간 보관합니다. 보관 시간이 지나거나, 메모리 공간이 부족하거나, 서버가 다시 시작되면 삭제됩니다. 디스크에는 저장하지 않습니다.
4. 서버가 기록하는 항목
- 요청 시각, 사용한 기능, 처리 시간, 결과 개수, 언어 코드
- 한국관광공사 OpenAPI에 보낸 요청. 검색어와 그 밖의 조회값이 포함되며, 서비스 인증키는 가려서 기록합니다.
- 오류가 났을 때의 오류 종류, 오류 메시지, 프로그램 안의 오류 위치
웹 서버는 접속 기록(access log)을 남기지 않으며, 앱도 IP 주소나 요청 헤더를 따로 기록하지 않습니다. 대화 전체 내용은 기록하지 않습니다.
5. 로그 보관 기간과 파기
평소에는 로그 파일이 하루마다, 또는 파일 크기가 10MB에 이르면 새로 만들어집니다. 가장 최근 파일 15개만 보관하고, 그보다 오래된 파일은 자동으로 삭제합니다.
로그 파일을 쓸 수 없는 경우에는 서버의 컨테이너 출력으로 대신 기록합니다. 이때는 10MB 파일을 최대 3개까지 보관하고, 가장 오래된 파일부터 교체합니다.
6. 이용 목적
요청에 답하고, 오류를 찾아 고치고, 요청량과 외부 API 이용 한도를 관리하기 위해 사용합니다. 이용자를 식별하거나 성향을 분석하는 데 쓰지 않습니다.
7. 지원 문의 이메일
이메일로 문의하시면 보내신 이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 첨부 파일을 받게 됩니다. 이 정보는 답변과 문의 해결에만 사용합니다. 문의 메일은 Google이 제공하는 Gmail 계정에 보관되며, 문의가 해결된 뒤 90일 이내에 삭제합니다.
8. 정보가 전달되는 곳
- 한국관광공사 OpenAPI(apis.data.go.kr): 관광정보를 조회하기 위해 검색어와 그 밖의 조회값(지역, 종류, 언어, 서버가 계산한 조회 기간이나 지역 코드 등)을 보냅니다.
- 사진·오디오 서버: 유람 화면에 표시되는 사진(tong.visitkorea.or.kr)과 오디오(sfj608538-sfj608538.ktcdn.co.kr)는 해당 서버에서 직접 불러옵니다. 일반 웹사이트와 마찬가지로, 콘텐츠를 불러올 때 해당 서버가 기기의 IP 주소와 브라우저 정보를 받게 됩니다.
- 서버 운영: 유람 서버는 네이버클라우드에서 운영합니다.
- 이메일: 지원 문의 메일은 Google의 Gmail에 보관됩니다.
법령에 따른 요구가 있는 경우를 제외하고 그 밖의 누구에게도 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
9. 이용자의 요청
로그는 이용자 신원과 연결되어 있지 않아, 특정인의 기록을 찾기는 대개 어렵습니다. 그래도 질문이나 삭제 요청은 언제든 보내 주시면 답변드립니다. 로그와 임시 메모리 자료는 위 기간에 따라 자동으로도 삭제됩니다.
