Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Yuram in ChatGPT or visit goyuram.com. Yuram is operated by an individual developer, 윤재진 ("we").
1. The service
Yuram is a free service for looking up tourism information about South Korea inside ChatGPT. It shows place information, photos, audio guides, and regional information.
2. Accuracy of information
Information comes from public data provided through the Korea Tourism Organization OpenAPI. It may be incomplete, out of date, or different between languages. Please check opening hours, prices, and closures with official sources before you travel. Yuram does not book, sell, or guarantee any travel service.
3. Photos, audio, and text
Photos, audio, and text shown in Yuram belong to their rights holders. If you want to reuse them, check the terms of use for each item with the original provider.
4. Acceptable use
Do not send automated bulk requests, try to disrupt or overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Availability
We may change, pause, or end the service at any time. Daily data limits may make the service temporarily unavailable.
6. Liability
Yuram is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Independence
Yuram is an independent service. It is not operated or endorsed by the Korea Tourism Organization or OpenAI.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

이 약관은 ChatGPT에서 유람을 이용하거나 goyuram.com을 방문할 때 적용됩니다. 유람은 개인 개발자 윤재진이 운영합니다.
1. 서비스
유람은 ChatGPT 안에서 한국 관광정보를 조회할 수 있는 무료 서비스입니다. 장소 정보, 사진, 오디오 가이드, 지역 정보를 보여 줍니다.
2. 정보의 정확성
정보는 한국관광공사 OpenAPI로 제공되는 공공데이터를 활용합니다. 자료가 빠져 있거나, 최신이 아니거나, 언어마다 다를 수 있습니다. 여행 전에 운영시간, 가격, 휴무 여부를 공식 안내로 확인해 주세요. 유람은 여행 상품을 예약·판매하거나 보장하지 않습니다.
3. 사진·오디오·글
유람에 표시되는 사진, 오디오, 글의 권리는 각 권리자에게 있습니다. 다시 사용하려면 원자료 제공처에서 자료별 이용 조건을 확인해 주세요.
4. 금지 행위
자동화된 대량 요청, 서비스 방해나 과부하 유발, 불법적인 목적의 이용을 금지합니다.
5. 서비스 제공
서비스는 언제든 변경, 일시 중단, 종료될 수 있습니다. 하루 데이터 이용 한도 때문에 일시적으로 이용하지 못할 수 있습니다.
6. 책임의 한계
유람은 현재 상태 그대로 제공됩니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 정보 이용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
7. 독립 서비스
유람은 독립적으로 운영되는 서비스이며, 한국관광공사나 OpenAI가 운영하거나 보증하는 서비스가 아닙니다.
8. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다.
9. 약관 변경과 문의
